Second-Order Insights Derived From Continuous Combustion Monitoring Data
Real-time combustion data is critical for delivering furnace performance in continuous heating applications. This presentation discusses the power of data obtained from combustion monitoring and alerting (CMA) IOT systems over and above the primary objective of providing data to keep combustion running optimally. In addition to reviewing primary data from CMA, specific examples of data will be reviewed to demonstrate second-order insights gained from analyzing data variations over time. These insights ultimately lead to greater uptime, improved maintenance resource utilization, and ultimately lower fuel consumption and emissions per ton.
