NO SHOW: Application of Intelligent Technology in the Continuous Casting Process

Continuous casting intellectualization refers to the intelligent upgrading and optimization of casting processes, equipment, and management to improve production efficiency, quality and safety. This paper will investigate the application of digital technology, network technology and intelligent technology in the aspects of digital acquisition, network architecture, process control, equipment management and intelligent remote diagnosis in the casting process, which changes the casting process from "closed loop" to "open," to unmanned and less personnel. The whole life cycle management of production process and equipment is of great significance to the improvement of production efficiency, management level and product quality.
