NO SHOW: Study on Improvement of Slag Alkali Metals Discharge Rate of Large Blast Furnace With Low Slag Ratio
The slag ratio of Shougang Jingtang 5,500 m3 blast furnace is reduced from 290 kg/t to about 220 kg/t after high-pellet-ratio ironmaking. The reduction of slag content leads to the reduction of slag alkali metals discharge capacity and desulfurization capacity. In order to further improve the rate of slag alkali metals discharge and achieve a balance between slag alkali metals discharge and the S content of hot metal, the project carried out an experiment comparison of slag alkali metals discharge capacity and performance under various conditions. The practical results show that we can solve the problem very well.
