Transparency as a Service (TaaS) is a digital service that consists of collecting, organizing, and providing direct access to business intelligence dashboards, enabling analytics regarding refractory goods: order status, inventory levels, consumption, performance, cost, equipment life cycle reports and others. The product is in a continuous development and is already available for use by steel mills, and the expected result is the optimization of time in routine decision-making with quick access to all information on the refractory contracts.
