Life Cycle-Integrated Condition Monitoring: Leveraging Centralized Diagnostics and AI for Enhanced Operational Efficiency
Providing detailed condition information throughout the entire life cycle of a system significantly reduces cost and effort. During commissioning, it enables rapid diagnostics, early fault detection and documentation of reference values; and during operation, it supports early anomaly detection and minimizes daily diagnostic workload. This paper presents real-world examples of how a condition monitoring system can be seamlessly integrated via a central condition cockpit, serving as a unified platform for all available condition data, and how analytics and artificial intelligence can be embedded into daily workflows.
