Improved Process Control Through Continuous Furnace Temperature Monitoring
Annealing processes for mission-critical applications in aerospace, medical, and construction require accurate and continuous monitoring of furnace temperature profiles. Infrared thermal imaging cameras are ideally suited for this application. Combined with borescope lenses, they can penetrate the chamber wall to provide a wide-angle view and continuously monitor the furnace walls and product temperatures. Multiple cameras and pyrometers can be integrated into a full system. Fully turnkey solutions with automated retraction systems, cooled lenses and software enable 24/7 monitoring with live images, trend and SPC data capture, and image and data archiving for quality assurance and traceability requirements.
