Practice of Cross-Current Activated Coke DeSOx DeNOx Dedust System for Sintering Flue Gas
Crosscurrent AC DeSOx DeNOx Dedust (DDDS) process for sintering flue gas is constructed, process flow and system composition of entire system are explained, operation parameters and flue gas emission indexes are introduced, ideas and references for ultralow emission of sintering flue gas in Chinese steel industry are provided. Crosscurrent AC DDDS for 198 m2 sintering flue gas can solve technical problems such as high volume and complex composition of flue gas, and achieve integrated treatment of harmful substances such as SO2, NOx, PM, etc. AC hot spot has never appeared. This project optimizes process and control parameters for stable operation.
